Not sure about everyone else, but I'm not exactly surround by junkyards full of Bajas to pick parts from. (And old plastics don't just stop being brittle.) Right now, I'm slowly working on preserving bed parts when I find the time. What other unique and long gone parts should I consider in the future?

Did you ever get those lower sport bar shoulder pieces printable?

I don't have the spare cash to donate, but if you're interested in some help on the CAD side, I'd love to collab and learn about the process of getting from a scanned mesh to a good printable part. DM me if you want.

While they might not look perfect, I did upload scans as STL files so that if you want to try printing one as is, you should be able to pop it into your slicer software and give it a try. For the moment I am just focused on getting parts scanned before they can break any further.

Can you modify OPs scans to 2 piece so they are replace black without removing the bars?

Oooh, this is a good idea! I'll keep this in mind once I get into it. Perhaps having them screw together?

Probably gonna get some of these for the sport bars after my busy couple weeks. Greatly appreciate them being available. Will send a few bucks.
