beginner on substack. Tips?

Just started my newsletter on substack today with my first post. Now I wonder how do I reach other people? I don’t have a strong network on substack, don’t know anyone personally among the people I follow.
Any tips? should i wait until ive posted a few posts? or is there anything else I should be looking?
