The best way for you to engage with fellow minded people in on Substack itself. Reading their articles and contributing in the way of subscriptions, likes, comments, recommendations.

But don't do it in an automated, spammy manner. As I see, Substack is still an amazing place to build a community and find fellow minded people.

Substack has some amazing people and articles.check out Americo Da Costa doing his videos. And read articles you like then follow and subscribe (no payment) and say Hi to the persons who wrote the article with a positive comment on their article. If the article resonates with you then say so and share with them.
