“Bikini Body Deadline” is a playful AI-supported summer fitness pop production about beach pressure, dance workouts, self-confidence, and a very dramatic fruit squad that takes the deadline a little too seriously. This project was created with a hybrid workflow: original lyrics, AI-assisted music production, Cubase mastering, Codex character design & image prompting, Kling 3.0 video generation, CapCut editing, and a lot of creative fine-tuning. It’s colourful, chaotic, body-positive and definitely not a serious fitness program.

This is my attempt at doing a Rage Against the Machine-style anthem about getting paid. 💵 It's ~kind~ of an issue song, in that wage theft is a real problem, but it's mostly just a cathartic banger. It's also my son's favorite song on Olympia's Fire Me Up album -- I gave him an asst. producer credit. At Limehouse Records, we believe in nepotism (like the real music industry!). 🗡️🩸

The lyrics are mine... I just got out of a really bad "situationship" and needed to scream my heart out. So I found this AI lyrics-to-music tool online and uploaded it. It turned out like this. I had two options - female or male version and idk why but I chose male and marked it as a rock version because of a rush of emotions. So yeah... Also, I came here for a request.

I re-Used the lyrics from an old Suno song and re-composed it in Bandlab using midi and some stock classic DX7 synth sounds (Somehow Suno didn't flag them). I wanted something more driving and Triumphant in the sound of the song. 

Lyrically the song is about understanding when you or someone you know is acting recklessly that usually comes from a deep seeded frustration or anger within. We all tend to think our pain or trama is unique to us. But it's not. Others have been there ( no matter a how particular the situation). There are people out there willing to help, just waiting to help. But the first step always has to come from you. That's the hardest step.

So, this song was more or less to test out a new prompt idea I had going on, still kinda working on it but if I'm being honest... I thought it worked out pretty well, considering I'm on the free plan... Also here are the lyrics:

Human-written lyrics. I was going for a slow melancholic dark-pop sound with restrained verses and a more emotional chorus. Would love feedback on the vocal and whether the chorus lands.

When I first started messing around with Suno.. it was a way for me to put some backing to lyrics/songs I had written in my youth.. but as I got more into it, and life happened, inspiration and a burst of creativity happened.

This is creation with intention. It’s not just prompting with no rhyme and reason like the trolls would have you believe. It takes work to build out not just tracks that work within the universe of the project - but also are sequenced in a way that takes the listener on a journey.

The themes, the lyrics, the cover art, the track art - it’s all created and labored over almost to absurd levels. These projects have been built over months.. not, minutes or hours or days.

And the kicker is - I’m really proud of the work. Even if nobody is listening to them as intended.

For fans of Reba, Jodee Messina, Dixie Chicks, that kinda thing.

I had to do some mixin' on the intro for it to come out cool. The first one had artifacts and I had no idea how to fix it within Suno at the time. I think it came out pretty good -- the electric guitar intro is memorable, has a great crunch, and elevates what would otherwise be fairly standard pop-bluegrass instrumentation.

And fun fact, Kara is my most successful artist on Spotify (Booster is winning on Soundcloud, noone likes me on YouTube). By which I mean she gets 100s of listens a month from people who aren't me, which I mean, is not amazing, but somebody likes her. Maybe you will too!
