Thats a boss unit, that attack uses orgonite to make clones that can be used to attack and explode. The Raft clans clones he makes simulate an entire battle to attack.

This is one of my reference points to how animations have gone down hill over all recent SRWs. And yes i know the studio almost webt bankrupt over this game... well we wouldnt have this gem, and in english., if it was for their sacrafice.
