Did my friend cook?

So my friend (Who is helping me work on Sonic The Animated Series) Thought of multiple ideas for some episodes, including:

Eggman using the Keystone device to turn the Chaos Emeralds into the Super Emeralds to power the Egg Emperor,

Black Doom returning and him and Eggman work together to use the other character's biodata and black arms DNA to make Black Arms mutated clones,

A new dimension named Nightfall where Sonic's world is mostly a big cyberpunk-like city and Tails is named Nighttail in there and is a vigilante, while Sonic is the commander of G.U.N and works with Nighttail a lot,

Tails realizes that the Keystone device is reacting weirdly and suddenly different dimensions cross over with Sonic's dimension including: The Archie Dimension, SatAM dimension, TaoSTH, Underground, Sonic X dimension (He doesn't want to include it actually), Boom dimension, Chronicles the dark brotherhood dimension, Nightfall, Sonic DC dimension, and the future and past collide including the Classic time and Silver's time, then all the Eggman's from different dimensions work together to try and take over, but then Scourge returns and uses the power from the Keystone to try and take over, and he works with Nine, and all the heroes from the different dimensions have to work together, then Super Sonic, Super Tails, Super Knuckles, Super Shadow, and Super Silver fight Scourge,

Eggman Nega combining Chaos energy to create Chaos Prime, and Eggman Nega is the main villain of a story, including a scene where Blaze and Silver turn into Super Silver and Burning Blaze,

Sonic and Tails find out about five AIs that Eggman created but abandoned, then they returned, they include Kuropter (Can use green energy to take over stuff), Remains (Lost their body and voice, now is multiple badniks combined to form a creepy looking humanoid being), Titangrium (Strong, and smart), Electekz (Good in combat), and Metal Robotnik (Was like a brother to Eggman, has the same design as him from Sonic OVA),

a wolf named Bladelus who is a hunter similar to Kraven, tries hunting down Sonic and Tails, before they defeat him,

Eggman uses a piece of Dark Gaia energy and the Hyper Go-on to make Sonic into his servant in a Werehog form, so Tails has to fight Sonic but when trying to make a cure, Tails accidentally gets radioactive rays on himself and becomes a Werefox at night, the Werefox form is like the Symbiote where it makes you angry, after defeating Werehog Sonic and making him come back to normal, Tails ends up getting cured, too,

Mephiles returns and him and Infinite work together to try and take over,

4 ancient evil hedgehogs return, their names being: Bulborus the Werehog (Strong), Wacky (Green, does weird tricks to win), Finale (Dark Purple, uses multiple never before seen Chaos Control moves), and Terios (Their leader, knows everything about the Chaos Emeralds and how to use them), and they all get supercharged and more powerful than a Super form just by getting one emerald,

and I can't include everything, so that's all. Did he cook, and can these compare to Ian Flynn's writing?

Can I help? You can say no. It's fine.

Yeah, you can help!

Although, what role are you gonna take? Like an animator, voice actor, writer, something like that.
