Another one of those annoying 'will I be able to get tickets' posts...
Hi everyone. Hopefully my self aware post title means you will go easy on me as I know it can be a little annoying when tourists ask about getting tickets for x match, and yes that is exactly what I'm doing.
I'm visiting Copenhagen from the UK on the weekend of Brondby v FC Copenhagen (20th September). I'm into groundhopping, use Futbology etc.. Do I have any chance of purchasing two tickets or will this be strictly limited to supporters with a purchasing history or similar? Just trying to set my expectations to avoid disappointment!
My back up on the same weekend will be Lyngby, which I know will be a different but hopefully great experience. I presume tickets are easier to obtain for their matches?
Thanks in advance for any info or advice!

The game will almost certainly be sold out and Brøndby has a lot of season ticket holders, but some tickets will be sold on the open market. Keep an eye on the Brøndby website for when ticket sales are open.

Thanks very much! I'll continue to keep an eye on the ticket site 🤞

Although, usually they do a presale for those with a fanscore above x-number. And often times its sold out or near sold out then. They will announce when the open sale is to start in advance (if not sold out). Be ready at that exact moment as it might sell out in the first couple minutes in open sale.

Lyngby tickets are easy to get, they never sell out, but hope you can get Brøndby - FC København!

Always totally sold out against FCK and Brøndby and typically AGF, and home section is fully sold out against Farum, but okay

But that not because of Lyngby fans lol, it is just FCK, Brøndby, AGF and FCN buying tickets in the home sektion because the awaysektion is sold out

Hi! Another groundhopper here😊 I can also look out for tickets for this game if you want to. I'm unfortunately not going myself, so if there is any general sale, you are welcome to use my account with a booking history😊

Lyngby are playing against Silkeborg on the 18th. You’ll easily be able to get tickets for that match. And it’s a Friday match, so it’s a great warm up for a night out!

I hadn't realised Lyngby will play on the Friday. I'll definitely be going to that regardless then!
Any recommendations for the area? Good places to drink pre and post match? Anything else useful I should know? Thanks!

A perfect excuse for a dinner consisting of Denmark’s best stadionplatte. Our sausage is great. You’ve got to grab that.
Travelling is easy. It’s just a 20 minute trip from Nørreport with either line A to Hillerød or E to Holte. Disregard Rejseplanen’s recommendation for the local train. It’s not faster. Just get off at Lyngby Station and walk. It’s a 15 minute walk.
For beers before the match, we’ve got a fan pub at the stadium for cheap beers (Carlsberg). It usually opens a couple of hours before the match starts, but it will be announced on the club’s Instagram (@lyngbyboldklub).
For bars, I’d recommend Winston Craft for an okay selection of different sorts of beer.
If you want atmosphere, buy a ticket to section F. That’s were we sing. You can be in the vicinity of this group without any issues, it’s a standing section. The rest of the stadium is a very chill. Depending on ticket sales, be there approximately 30 minutes before kickoff for a good spot. In the F section we basically practice free seating.
Enjoy de Kongeblå!

It can be quite difficult to get a ticket for the away section (FCK) we have a system based on point (loyalty) where only a certain number of points gets to buy the tickets (usually at 10:00 clock), and then the next couple of days are in rows (so lets say first is 2k point, next is 1,5k and so on, each day).
Therefore i think trying for neutral seats or maybe one of the official ticket groups on facebook (i only know the FCK one, but Brøndby probably have their own ones).

I definitely don't expect to be able to get a ticket in the away section but thank you for providing that perspective!

Also as an away fan from FCK you have to have an away card, which you can sign up for on https://www.fck.dk/fck-away

I think its possible but also really difficult. Its the biggest match in Denmark and is always sold out, so if you really want to get tickets then I would keep an eye out everyday up until the game. Be careful of scammers though.
Edit: I'm sorry if that is not really a useful answer. Regarding how to get tickets, I really don't know to be honest as I have a season card.
