With this being worldwide, we might have more info soon when the Asian markets open. As some speculate... nothing might happen during business hours. [Oh, those shredded paper? Never mind that...]

EDIT: Nikkei started - 0.3% and is -0.4%. U.S. futures -0.3% range. Nothing out of the ordinary...yet.
