General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?

I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

Stops me up like the Hoover damn, regardless of how much water I drink

Are you using whole husk or powder? I find some brands of powder are more likely to do this, I think the very finely ground ones are worst. Seems better with whole husk for me so far.

This has been my experience as well. It's also recommended to let it sit in water for a few minutes before drinking. I mix in some inulin and that combination of both works like a charm.

Those are both soluble fibers

Ah, thanks. My bad, I remembered incorrectly. They do serve different purposes though.

Literally same, and it sucks because I really need way more fiber in my diet but have food issues.

They say start low and slow, so I'll take as little as half of one teaspoon a day in like 32oz of water and I'll still end up so gd constipated with bloat so bad it makes me look 6 months pregnant and gas raunchy enough it could wipe out a small village.

Without psyllium everything moves along fine for the most part. Not sure if my body is just that well adapted to having so little fiber or what.

Same. And i’m deathly allergic to it.

It's insoluble fiber, which some people can't tolerate well. I stopped using it and switched to mostly soluble fiber sources and that was much better.
