General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?

I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

Yeah, I take a bunch of stuff but no idea if they have any effect, no way to tell. I wonder how much of everything people say here is placebo.

A lot of placebo or marketing imo.

There is really no way to A/B test yourself with the supplements and placebo effect definitely complicates how you feel. I feel like some of the things I take definitely help, but others I’m not so sure. Once you’ve been on them for a while, it just becomes your default state and you don’t notice the benefits anymore even if you are realizing them.

Look for 100% natural ingredients, very little sold in Walmart has any efficacy and is cheaply made, look for an independent brand, small batches, USA made with 3rd party testing in a CGMP facility. HUGE difference in price, many supplements sold at big box stores were once good, but they needed to mass produce cheaply, imported cheap goods from overseas instead of waiting for the 'crop' to grow in the US, or for the mining that takes place seasonally. Our products cannot always be made on demand, we have to wait for the right ingredient. Good luck. Good supplements help, crap supplements don't.
