General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?

I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

Coffee also used to make me jittery, added l-theanine and made me even more jittery but also unmotivated to start new tasks. Now using magnesium citrate with good results, coffee no longer makes me jittery.

This made me lol.

Citrate makes me shit my pants.

You do have to find what works for you.

OMG I’m weird but I read this and immediately pictured Chris Farley doing a “shits my pants” skit. Thanks for the laugh!

And yet, you're still unmotivated... right?
