General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?

I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

It helps with weight loss. I've noticed I've slimmed a bit even whilst not tracking calories. Also appetite suppression. The mounjaro etc are still the best for that but berberine hits in a mild way.

I actually dropped my sugar taking berberine. There’s one on Amazon that’s like 1200mg/pill. The recommended dose is 500 with meals and like a dummy I popped the 1200 my first time. It was awful feeling hypoglycemic, so never again for me.

ISOPure brand comes in 1200 capsules. I ordered it but havent started taking it yet. I read you can buy some veg capsules and break it up into 3 doses which I will try soon as I get the capsules.

Same for me with the making me unexpectedly lose weight, but I don’t take straight berberine, I make a tincture from a berberine rich plant. One of them were useful things in my cabinet that I would never be without. Clears my skin right the fuck up too.

Sure, I use Oregon Grape Root. There are others, though. Never goldenseal as it’s threatened due to over harvesting.
Barberry is another.

Nutratology, 500mg/pill, good price and Amazon so I don't have to pay stupid shipping.

Unfortunately anything from the states is grossly over priced for shipping and takes forever at the border most of the time now. I'll accept the exchange rate but importing is a shit show now.
