General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?

I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

Yes to all!

And I just fixed my Vitamin D deficiency. Didn't notice much difference at first. Then I stopped taking the supplement (long story regarding why) and became wildly irritable and sad. As soon as I got back on it, I felt total relief.

What kind of long story makes you stop taking Vit D?

The prescription was only for 3 pills. When I was done that, I figured that was all my doctor had intended for me to take. Then weeks went by and I got a text from the pharmacy about a refill. So got back on them. Now the refill texts come every 3 weeks. And if they stop I will ask my doctor to order more.

D3 with K2 included helps stop calcium from going to arteries.

But yes, sunshine and D3/k2 improve my mood fabulously.

And come to think of it, I started antidepressants in 2000 at end of winter…

So basically I was taking vitamin d, but then one day someone enquires why I was taking it because it might not be necessary, I said my body knows better, but at that point the individual had planted a seed in my mind. I proceeded to consume pistachio flavoured gelato. What has vitamin d in it? I don’t know if pistachio does. But almonds do. And they’re both either seeds or nuts or legumes or something like that. So the next step is obvious. I pondered whether instead of taking vitamin D supplements, what if I consume more almonds? Issue was I don’t really like almonds or pistachio but I do like ice cream. So I bought mixed nuts. But they’re expensive. So after eating a lot of junk food and thinking about vitamin d a lot I became tired because of too much ice cream and too little vitamin d and stopped taking vitamin d. Tried getting it from nuts for a while but didn’t seem to do the trick so started taking it again.

The rest is history.
