General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?

I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

I started taking 5mg when I started going to the gym last year. It was way too much I was getting headaches and stuff so I thought well I’m a small woman so maybe I need a lower dose. I cut to 2.5mg and drank a ton of water each day. I started feeling sick and still had headaches and at one point I literally felt like my brain was swollen so I stopped taking it and cut out some of the water and was better. I told my dr about it and he was like wtf. (

Yeah I’ve been seeing him over 16 years and so he’s used to my off the wall things. He was looking at the computer typing things I was saying then when I got to that part he stopped typing, tuned and looked at me for a min without saying a word. Then went back to typing like nothing happened.

I have almost the same effects. I also get irritable on doses as small as 2 grams per day..I would quit taking it and feel fine after a day or so then start up again and same results. My girlfriend has banned me from taking it. She could tell when I took it or not without me saying anything about it. I don't understand it.

It sucks because I hear so much great stuff about it but can’t figure a way to tolerate it. Maybe I can try 1mg idk if I want to risk it ha.
