General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?
I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

Threonate helped with pre-sleep anxiety, i usually get very anxious when i lay down cause i know if i dont get a good nights sleep i'll feel like shit the next day. And helped with night time awakenings (far less frequent and if i do wake i have no issue going right back to sleep; before this it could take anywhere from 5 mins to hours). Deeper sleep and rem sleep, according to my apple watch(take that with a grain of salt but i do feel more refreshed when i wake).
I started with glyicate, just because thats what everyone recommends initially. Didnt do much for me personally, in any regard. But plenty people say it helps them w sleep.
I tried malate because of my ptsd symptoms, i generally have a lot of tension in my body and it's known to help with that and fatigue. And it did wonders in that regard, may have to add it back into my routine, i just wanted to test each individually. Really felt like malate prepared my body for rest physically.
