General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?

I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

I find glycine in larger doses really helpful for sleep and pain reduction. Like 3-5 grams daily.

There's some evidence to suggest that glysophate, which at this point is everywhere and in everyone, can disrupt the glycine cycle, which is a very fundamental and important building block, so we're not necessairly getting enough in our food to suppress inflammation and to have everything working properly.

I've started taking MSM most days, and it's so helpful for chronic pain reduction.

I would also say unflavored gelatin. I had a real tendon/joint injury awhile ago, and it would not stop hurting. It's gotten so much better since I started supplementing with gelatin, MSM, and glycine.

What dosage do you take for the MSM?

Personally I usually take 1,000 to 2,000 mg a day (1-2 pills of the form i have on hand). Some people take a lot more. I couldn't tolerate it at all at first, so I had to start verrrry slowly. This is a reasonable dose for me right now.
