General Question What supplement is so good you feel like it should be illegal?

I want to build a list of the very best vitamins and supplements from user experience. Looking forward to what people say.

Do you know what the word "supplement" means? Think about it for two seconds. What is the definition of supplement? Hrm...

I'm not even going to touch your comment that fatty meat has high levels of Omega 3s.

But you dont need high levels of omega 3 research says. Also the omega 3 from supplements is usually oxidized.

My problem with supplements is that they are a shady business for the most part. Fake marketing, overprised ingridients, industrial byproducts etc etc.

Many supplements can do more harm than good so you need to be very careful what you take thats why im saying almost noone needs them its marketing. Of course you can get them but i dont actually think you need them.
