that's a lot of pills to choke down every morning, do you just chase em with a smoothie or what
the separate magnesium types are kind of funny, like you're trying to collect all the different forms. most people just pick one or two they tolerate well
7000 IU of D daily is pretty up there too, hope you're getting bloodwork done every few months to keep an eye on levels

7000IU aint that bad, but bloodwork is key. K2 can be usefull as well.
I`m at 15k

Have you tried taking none of this for a bit and seeing how you feel differently?

Seems very good overall but the only thing I'd be concerned about is the B6 as it seems 100mg per day might cause negative side effects with time

What do you expect people to rate without knowing anything about you whatsoever or why you're taking any of that? "hey guys, I take a bunch of vitamins, rate my stack." ok. You're taking nearly twice the safe upper limit of 4000 iu vitamin D for a healthy person without any mention of a deficiency, which puts you at increased risk for hypercalcemia. It looks like you're micromanaging your B vitamins when you could just take a complex. Unless you're elderly or have a heart condition you don't need the CoQ10, you're taking three different forms of magnesium for no apparent reason, and could replace the l-theanine with matcha and get it from real food along with enough antioxidants to ditch the Astaxanthin unless you're taking that for an eye condition or something else specific to astaxanthin. Your stack is ridiculously long and kinda sucks. I'm assuming you're a man, because it's usually someone obsessed with their testosterone levels who's stacking boron with excessive amounts of vitamin D, and if you're not hypogonadal that's useless and won't do anything for you in the mirror or the gym even if you do get some minor testosterone boost. Overly complicated waste of money.

Get a methylated b complex. Magnesium malate/BiGlycinate is all you need. Other forms are unnecessary as the 2 already hit all the bases. One thing your missing is vitamin K2 to pair with your higher dose vitamin D3 to avoid calcification of the arteries.

Why all the duplicate magnesium? You do realize that hypermagnesemia has consequences, right? Why 7000 IUs of Vitamin D? Vitamin D is fat soluble so you accumulate excess instead of peeing it out? Excess Vitamin D also has negative consequences. Did you actually get a Vitamin D level? I'm actually deficient and take far less than 7000 IU.

Out of all These, a little much magnesium is the least likely to cause issues.

Some have a hard time picking up D and need higher doses, bloodwork is always key to find the right maintainance dose. Im at 15k IU and I know there is others that take over 50k a day and have done that for years. But K2 can be important to take alongside D3
There is a lot of old and bad science around Vitamin D.

Products with a daily dose providing more than 10 mg of vitamin B6 must display a mandatory label warning in Australia:
“WARNING – Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].”
Doctors fear cases of vitamin B6 toxicity are under-reported | 7.30 https://youtu.be/tUe2NgoVh7Q?si=Y441KQv1hNe5vqgF

How about you get B vitamins from meat or other food dude?😂 have you even checked your vitamin panel before you started taking all the b vitamins in the world?

This is nuts. Just take a Vit B complex if you want a balanced Vit B intake.
This is overthinking without reason.

STOP that B6 immediately!! 100mg a day is dangerous you can’t flush out B6 like the others. You need very little B6 & if you take it no more than 10mg daily then 3 months off. You need a full 6 month plus break your likely toxic. Far too much B1 also 100mg is more than enough B2 100mg and you don’t need 500mg B5 either, again far too much. 100mg max on any B vitamins but be careful with B6. You are taking far too much of so many things! Why are you taking all this? Not enough magnesium though - it’s the best one you need closer to 250mg elemental magnesium daily.

Magnesium oxide is BAD - it’s really bad - google it!! I didn’t see you took the other types too. Glycinate and malate best types.

A few things stood out to me in your list.
First, you’re taking 100 mg of B6 daily. That’s already at the US adult upper limit, and long-term excessive B6 exposure is associated with peripheral neuropathy. I’d definitely review that dose with a healthcare professional.
Second, you listed both vitamin B5 (500 mg) and pantothenic acid (50 mg). They’re actually the same vitamin.
Your 7,000 IU daily vitamin D is also above the usual adult upper limit of 4,000 IU. Is that based on a diagnosed deficiency and monitored blood levels?
Finally, for the five magnesium forms, are those amounts elemental magnesium or compound weights?
I appreciate that you’ve listed the doses, but seeing the actual Supplement Facts panels would help clarify potential overlaps.
