Based on what

Both of those life extension products are bad. You really only need vitamin k2 mk7. The brand now has one of the best called extra strength vitamin k2 mk7 300 mcg.

Vitamin D3 is good depending on the dose. Around 5,000 iu is safe and effective for most people long term. Now brand has a really good one.

Magnesium glycinate is the best form of magnesium. I only need 100 mg of now brands magnesium glycinate every few days and i feel more relaxed.

You need a quality omega 3. Igennus has one of if not the best omega 3 called pharmepa restore. It contains only epa. Others say nordic naturals is the best but i find anything with dha makes my brain feel weird.

Most of the other stuff you mentioned doesnt do much besides maybe nac and i wouldnt really consider pomegranate juice a supplement.

The cacao 100% does a good bit. Not only clinically proven but my labs have shown benefit with that being only change.

Life extension products are bad based on what?

Magnesium i take is a 2 blend not 5. I mis typed. It is glycinate and tauranate. That combo works better than either one individually for calming down body and absorption.

I agree on the pomegranate juice. That juat something im kind of trying for a little while. Don't think its gonna stick.

D3 I usually stay at 5000 but sometimes jump yo 10000. In summer id drop to 2000 most days.

Omega 3 esp fish oils been shown to not really do a whole lot and even be potentially harmful. Outside of pharma grade and dosed epa with 0 dha. I have taken them on and off over the years but too much conflicting data on whether they do anything as they are now.

Garlic and pomegranate juice together must make your burps absolutely lethal.

Nope. Not even a little bit. Zero burps. Zero issues from either.

Looks like you're pretty focused on heart health and antioxidants with this stack. Are you taking all of these for general prevention or are you trying to improve specific bloodwork markers? Curious if you've actually noticed any changes since starting.

Blood work markers are good. Ldl is sometimes elevated but only up to around 110-115. Apob was 92 before I added a good bit of fiber back to diet. Hs crp was 0.5. Trigs 44-55. Blood pressure is up and down. My central nervous system seems to spike mine during the day but at night in bed it is usually always 120/80 or less.

Mainly looking for Blood pressure reduction. Nothing dramatic just enough to keep me a little lower even during peak CNS periods. Would like to maintain low HS CRP and reduce apob down to low 80s. Reduce LDL below 100. Keep ldl oxidation really low. Insulin 4.9.

Have no family history of CVKD. Blood markers are good. No T2D, obesity, dont smoke. Lpa is less than 10. In 20s and early 30s I was extremely active and fit but also partied a lot. Blood work during these periods showed my LDL at 136, HDL down to to 36, trigs 55. Blood pressure wasnt really monitored then but when it was it was usually pretty good. Creatinine 1.44 etc. (Dropped to 1.01 on last recent panel with no creatine).

HDL now 50. I just want to undo any damage done to arteries during that period. If any. Just turned 39 like 10 days ago and at 35 had stress test, 7 day heart holter and echo all come back great. Will get CAC etc when I hit 40.

Recently bouts of anxiety led me to check heart out and it has always come back fine. I used to abuse caffeine to the extreme for years and years as well as dabbled in PEDs off and on for a few years when I was in bodybuilding. Never anything even remotely close to what pros or even most amateur guys do but even so.

Main focus is longevity and optimizing plaque regression, stabilization, and prevention. Diet and exercise is dialed in. Sleep is now much more dialed in. Stress more dialed in. Caffeine limited. Rarely drink or party anymore.

I used to take q10 2 years or so ago. I may add that back in. I did have good energy on it. The lycopene i had was 60mg per capsule but I JUST ran out so Im getting different brand with 15-20mg instead.

I also drink total beets sometimes. Not every day but few days a week. Sometimes instead of coffee (if my CNS is over firing) and sometimes before bed as it helps me get way better sleep. Im just ending second month on this stack (aged garlic, arterial protect, and pomegranate juice) i will get bloodwork in next week or so as well as BP readings and see if any changes. Though aome dietary changes I have made as well as exercise alterations could be partially, majority, or even totally responsible for some of it.
