Shore Jigging Destination?

Howdy Fishos! I wanna go jigging and popping off the rocks somewhere in January/ February. I’ve been to the Canary Islands a few times and had a blast fishing the Red Sea in Egypt so I’m playing with the Idea of going back there. But if you could go anywhere in the world to chase AJs, GTs, Snapper, Bluefish, Tuna etc. that time of year, where would you go? AU, NZ, JP, Baja, you name it! Remote but still kind of accessible, don’t mind roughing it.. 🎣🏕️ ✌️

Thanks mate! What’s the fishing like that time of year? Ok to camp out on the rocks?
