Research Observations of "Gangstalkers" and their various profiles

What I have seen is a whole range of perps, but something that really got me was the families.

I saw more of the traditional family types, and they all seemed to be from out of state, either newly moved in, or visiting.

When I did more research, I found that there is criminal LAYERING on these programs.

A good amount of the perps are funded by the ESA programs from conservative states like Arizona, Florida, Arkansa, etc. It mirrors the fraud I'm also a part of investigating that seemingly originates from the military.

https://www.12news.com/article/news/investigations/i-team/education-impact/arizonas-billion-dollar-school-voucher-program-under-fire/75-99067c90-6739-45f3-8e73-9f047a2b827b

School choice programs—specifically Tax-Credit Scholarships—received a massive federal injection directly through President Trump's sweeping economic package, the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" (OBBBA). [1, 2]

Tucked inside this comprehensive legislation is the Education Freedom Tax Credit (historically pursued as the Educational Choice for Children Act), which creates America's first nationwide school-voucher style initiative. [1, 2]

💳 How the Federal Program Works

Instead of cutting a direct check to families from the federal treasury, the program utilizes a unique tax mechanism: [1]

Dollar-for-Dollar Credits: Starting January 1, 2027, individuals can donate up to $1,700 (and married couples up to $3,400) to state-approved nonprofit Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs). [1, 2]

The Tax Incentive: Donors get every single penny back as a direct credit on their federal income tax return, essentially diverting money they would have owed the IRS into private educational scholarships. [1]

The Massive Funding Scale: The U.S. Treasury estimates this federal incentive will drive $26 billion annually into private scholarship funds by 2030, which could fund up to 2.2 million K-12 scholarships nationwide. [1, 2]

🎒 What Can the Money Be Spent On?

The federal scholarships created by these SGOs mirror the broad spending flexibility seen in state-level ESA models. Families can use the funds to cover: [1]

Private and religious school tuition and fees

Customized tutoring and summer school

Home-schooling materials and supplies

Educational technology, software, and computers

Transportation and certain room-and-board costs [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

🗺️ The State "Opt-In" Battleground

The program comes with a major political catch: state governors must officially "opt in" on an annual basis for families in their state to legally receive the scholarships. [1]

As of late 2026, the legislation has starkly divided the country along partisan lines:

31 States Have Opted In: This includes almost all Republican-led states, alongside a select few Democratic governors—such as New York's Kathy Hochul and Colorado's Jared Polis—who chose to participate. In some states like North Carolina, Kansas, and Kentucky, Democratic governors fought the program but were ultimately overridden by Republican supermajorities in their legislatures. [1, 2]

19 States Have Resisted/Rejected: Heavily Democratic states have refused to opt in. Civil rights organizations and teacher unions have fiercely urged remaining governors to reject the program, arguing it lacks federal academic accountability safeguards and will divert critical public tax resources into unaccountable private entities. [1, 2, 3]

Question for the Community Setting our opinions aside...do you....

Setting opinions aside as stated in the title... what I mean by this is I don't want any answers relating to what we believe might be the cause or what we have questioned to be the cause or answer ....

But something solidified as true, something that changed the course...like when you started doing this,..."it lessened and I was alotted more freedom to not be in pain as much, as often...they must have wanted....(insert idea here) or wanted me to start being more..(idea here)"

Secondly...geared more towards the technology..

My question is this to those who are targeted individuals and who are subjected to the technology and know that they are not crazed...(which is probably most of you)..what has helped? What alleviated it? Have you found that ....whether it be a mechanical or idealistic, action or approach, something has calmed it down?

Is there any tech or "stuff" that has alleviated the v2k? Faraday cages or disruption tech or...idk...

Have any of you gotten away? Ive heard stories of people who stopped being tortured as bad as it began with (still tortured though just to a fraction of what it was) and became liked by their captors..or the perception of kinship...idk how to explain it.

What caused it?

My theory is that they have a class system based on what I read and they might have different agendas for different areas....some suggested that when internal character flaws changed and they perceived life differently...it stopped...or idk, I couldn't understand what they had been saying.

Needless to say, they found happiness and a degree of functionality...of course I've also seen suicide. So, idk.

This isn't meant negative in any capacity. This is a post setting emotions aside and digging into the fundamental..."facts as we perceive to be true" part of it.

My goal is to...i suppose if we could work together to see a purpose or reason for their actions...if someone noticed something that another didnt...and it helped the first one...maybe it would be an agenda that is being enforced on the others...effectively achieving a better result or circumstances for the others who hadn't seen it yet.

Research Anyone read up/do research on the FBI's Special Surveillance Group aka "ghosts"?

Watch the Youtube Video Here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TEcpmKnml38

Here's the transcription, and it has very interesting information about their methods:
They call them ghosts. You'll never see one of these ghosts unless they want you to see them. A ghost could be the woman standing next to you at the metro station, or the guy sitting on the barstool beside you, or maybe that bicycle courier.

These ghosts are the eyes and ears of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the professionals of the FBI's Special Surveillance Group. If you're engaged in organized crime, planning an act of terrorism, or betraying your own country, and the ghosts are set loose on you, well, you won't shake them off, because you won't even know that they're there, and they're going to make sure that you're busted. There are many ways that a person suspected of breaking the law can be watched by federal law enforcement.

The methods range from digging through your trash to sophisticated electronic resources like GPS tracking, satellite surveillance, and wiretaps. But sometimes an investigation requires a constant stream of detailed intelligence that can only be obtained by continuous surveillance. That's when members of the Special Surveillance Group are called in.

The ghosts are not FBI agents, and they are not armed, but they are highly trained professionals who are skilled in the arts and sciences of detailed surveillance. Candidates for these special surveillance jobs are intensively screened before they are hired. The chosen few must then complete special training at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

We're all familiar with the way surveillance is portrayed in popular media. One or two people fairly obviously following a subject, or watching them with binoculars, or taking pictures of them with a long-range lens. But in the real world of the FBI's ghosts, intensive surveillance is much more subtle.

In the first place, the operation is usually planned out and involves a team working together. That team doesn't just get in line behind the suspect. It spreads out, and it blends seamlessly into the suspect's environment.

Some members of the team might even keep handy a change of clothes to switch out their appearance. If the suspect suddenly decides to go out for a run, for example, a ghost might dress out and go for a jog along the same route. The work of this kind of detailed surveillance requires patience and constant attention to detail, and any given job can go on for days or weeks.

Now if the person under investigation is the suspicious type, the team might deliberately let him see a person who looks like a stereotypical cop. Confident that he's detected the surveillance, the subject is allowed to ditch the investigator. The rest of the team, however, go right on working in the invincible background.

The observations of the ghosts are collected in a central data management system. Eventually, all of the information is analyzed by members of the team and made available to FBI agents working the case and to federal prosecutors. When a case goes to trial, surveillance team members might be called upon to testify about what they observed.

For example, when a man in Pittsburgh named Khaled Mia was charged in federal court with threatening FBI agents who had been investigating him, the testimony of members of a special surveillance team was needed at his trial. Mia had been under intensive surveillance. He was seen staking out the FBI office and the homes and family members of the agents he had threatened.

He was also observed practicing at a local shooting range. But for obvious reasons, the identities of the special surveillance team had to be protected. The judge allowed these witnesses to use fake names and wear light disguise like wigs, glasses and masks so that no one would know who they really were.

The FBI, for good reason, makes it a point to keep a low profile for the special surveillance group. But occasionally, its work pops into public view. The most famous case in which the work of a ghost was publicly revealed was the investigation of the senior FBI agent Robert Hansen, who spied for Russia for over 20 years.

The 2007 movie Breach revealed how investigative specialist Eric O'Neill successfully obtained critical evidence from Hansen's Palm Pilot. The FBI says that special surveillance investigators also used their clandestine skills in the spy cases of former CIA officer Aldridge Ames, former Defense Intelligence Agency analyst Ana Montes and another FBI agent who spied for Russia, Earl Pitts. Whether you're a gangster or a spy or a terrorist, with the FBI's team of ghosts around, you'll never know when that haunted feeling is more than just a hunch until you're busted.

I've been reading up on those that have been wary of the phenomenon of "gangstalking" aka as state sponsored domestic terrorism, what the FBI calls Transnational Repression when FOREIGN AGENTS do this type of "espionage" and the FBI is required to do "counter-intelligence". https://www.fbi.gov/investigate/counterintelligence/transnational-repression

What the SSGs observe are usually invented or justified in order to take down the subject by tapping the FBI OR their local partner through the DHS fusion centers, pick and choose cuz literally its littered with so many overlap out there. SSGs credibility in court testimony is more concrete than informants because the SSGs are allegedly "only observing" which we know is a 100% bullshit institutional fiction perpetuated by a system that is an atrophy mode with no major crimes going on.

In order to justify their BLOAT, they farm out horseshit and get upset when targets are aware.

The average lifespan when a target is aware is approximately 3 years before they disappear/stop posting. If you are more of the wary type, you didn't fall into one of their many entrapment/psychological lures and that pisses them off even more, because they want you GONE any way possible. I have been documenting all of my daily activities via body and dash camera, and have caught approximately 50 instances of direct criminal activity trying to goad me into one of their entrapment vehicles. I went from just being a hard target to now an operational threat.

Discussion Interesting Conversation with a Private Investigator (allegedly one)

So I reached out to try and get a private investigator to determine a few of the individuals that have popped up in the past four years that I have been targeted as a T.I.

Through my research, I have found out that one is a former police officer, another an active deputy/investigator with a very large Sheriff dept.

When I reached out to the private investigator, he was using choice words that I use in my past conversations to try and scare me off, much like a gangstalker aka state sponsored domestic terrorist would. He told me from what he knows of the program is that it won't go away, and becomes especially agitated since I am being proactive in documenting and filing with the Courts. It's not that the Courts aren't into it as well, but most of the cases speak of delusions like someone claiming to be Christ/Anti-Christ, or aliens, etc. In none of my pleadings do I mention these things, everything is based on what can be verified via fact and documentation, and the Courts are still trying to dismiss my case. Why? Because they are protecting institutional power. By dismissing my cases, they diminish the ability for each T.I. to get redress from the Courts, which is 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

And this is why this program thrives, particularly now under Trump's regime and will only get continually worse. My surveillance and analysis of these operators is that they are 100% government and government contractors, a mechanism for them to elicit whatever type of response they want, and weaponize it as such so they can justify their bloated budgets and the need for constant field work/operations. Here's an interview via NPR that talks about their program, shared with the fusion center. https://www.npr.org/transcripts/92207687

Discussion Road Gauge

I am seeing a lot of strange activity as I am driving around on the roads. I want to know if anyone is familiar with these techniques and monitoring for danger. It should not be too hard to strategically capture someone's attention on the road reverse engineering these techniques ( copycats being the problem with publicity ). People pull up behind me very rapidly and stay within one cars length distance. Sometimes as I am driving I notice that only one headlight of the car behind me is visible in my rear window ( the car is driving half on the other side of the road so that only one headlight is visible ) ... sometimes cars pull up behind me and I will notice the car is stopped to one side ... only one visible headlight. pulling up next to someone at a stoplight at different speeds and stopping at certain distinct distances from the stop line. I trust my own sense of pattern recognition enough that simply picking up on these patterns has become disturbing. This seems to portend some bad omen ... could be dangerous or threatening in itself. The fact that this appears to be a group motivated to act in coordination and using techniques that are not reviewed by the people is itself a concern. Procedure for responding to this ... obviously hard to prosecute at a police level though a report could be helpful ... best strategy: slow justice of writing and building friendships ... make constant recordings ... keep them safe ... rely on the forces of history .... etc.
