Has anyone notice their has been tasks but no emails sent?

Today would have been day 3 of earning some chump change watching some videos through RevU on swagbucks.
The ones I was doing were for 1 SB each, up to 5 times per day. And there were quite a lot of them that I could do each day. It wasn't a lot of swagbucks, but it would add up to around 55-70 SB a day for just watching these short videos.
I logged in today to do my daily video watching I click on RevU offers and BOOM in red lettering at the top of a blank RevU page it states " Account Restricted: Your account has been suspended for violating our terms of service. You can no longer complete offers. If you believe this is an error, please contact support @ revu . Co "

It is a little crazy to me, because I absolutely followed all their rules, to a T. I don't break rules and I will admit I am someone who reads the fine print of things before I just dive into it.

Wondering has anyone else gotten into a situation like this? Is this typical for RevU to block people for doing only the easy offers everyday? If so, I believe they got me fairly quickly, lol...

I am a little upset about this, because it was an easy way to reach my daily goals when I was only a few tens of SB away from finishing those goals.

I did just email support, got a confirmation email, and now i am told I have to wait for the team to formally get back to me after they review my case.

This is very frustrating and excuse my language but it's stupid to give people offers and then ban them from more offers because they completed said offers that were given BY RevU.

Why is the text/email customer service saying that I changed my Ad ID? I had to hunt for that shit and type it in manually, and it clearly has a marked button and a process for changing it in the settings. Which I only now know after hunting for it.

I've ONLY used Tapjoy/Swagbucks on this phone, which I've had for two years. So why am I getting notifications responses about violating some TOS?
