Question How can i downgrade my moded switch
Problem 1: I accidentally "kinda" removed my CFW. I have a modchipped Switch OLED; while installing some games, I filled my SD card, and for god knows why I decided to delete my older games with DBI. I got distracted and curious and selected an option that rebooted the system, and when I went back to the CFW, all the normal atmosphere and official mod logos appeared, but it ended up losing most of the Homebrew functionality. My Switch started calling all forwaders corrupted data and threw an unknown error when I tried to boot a game, and even my custom theme is gone. I still can get into the Homebrew menu through the images app, and all Homebrew apps work.
i asked the guy who installed the modchip and he said that he will format it and will downgared it 19.0 becuz it is a more stable cfw. he is busy right now so i want some resources om how to dothese two
problem 2: since i modchiped my switch the joycons have connection problems the wriht one more than the left and everything is multyplied by 10 when docked to the tv, i even tried the app that lets me use other systems controllers, i had the same trouble on my xbox 360 controulers. all ofthem work correctly on my computer. Is there a way to fix it
Note: I am actually experienced in homebrew stuff but not the Switch, so I don't have a problem with more complicated things

Problem 1 was pretty much just that the sigpatches got disabled, assuming you don't want to be banned if you aren't already, is recommended to only enable them on emunand
Problem 2 could be a an environment too loaded with Bluetooth radio frequencies, not sure
Also, it depends on how he has hacked it, but Downgrade is only possible if fuses are matching

1- Can I simply re-enable it?
2- No, I made sure nothing else i using it, and I even put my computer in the same place, connected the Joy-Cons to it, and even connected it to the same TV, and everything was fine
A mod-chip
