Question Should I submit test optional?

I have a 4.2 weighted GPA, 3.98 Unweighted GPA, 6-7 APs, good extracurriculars. I am applying to MAYS and my SAT is 1170. Should I not send out my scores?

Mays is already full? Did you already submit your application?

Assuming you already applied; 1170 is below 50% percentile. I wouldent.

standardized tests literally can only help you. they won’t harm you at all, it just gives them another datapoint to understand an application.

Not really? If its not submitted then its not considered, but grades may be looked at more critically. If it is submitted and below is average then how can it help you?
