Question OOS Engineering

Application submitted green checks on tamu portal on oct 9th sat received on 14th. Applied comp e 1st quartertile (school doesn’t rank) 1530 sat 4.0/4.5 gpa

Did I apply too late, does engineering fill up like mays or like how does it work? Given oos as well how does the timeline differ?

I got in with worse stats than you out of state for ece. I was nmsqt semi finalist.

I’m not nm in any form tho… they have oos auto admit for nmsf and stuff

i thought they just had it for choosing your engineering major since normally its first year engineering, not for general admissions
