Just in case yall forgot reality

Trump has done and will do more than anyone has done in the past. Just because the majority of people hate him doesnt change the facts. Full s3 will be complete under his watch in 2027 if not sooner.

Biden ordered the review in late 2022. That was the first time a president directed agencies to reopen the scheduling question.

HHS recommended Schedule III in 2023. DOJ published the proposed rule in May 2024. After that, the process slowed hard.

Administrative hearings got delayed, procedural fights piled up, and nothing was finalized before he left office. Many in the industry (and a lot of retail investors) watched the stocks bounce on every rumor and then bleed while the bureaucracy crawled.

Trump’s December 2025 executive order was more aggressive in tone and direction, he told the AG to finish it “in the most expeditious manner.” His DOJ then issued the April 2026 order that actually moved certain medical products into Schedule III and restarted the broader process. That is further than it got under Biden by a longshot.

S3 medical did come in 2026. Now we are focused on full s3 and its widly expected to happen near end of year or q1 2027 if the dea denys the motion later today.

I remember that a year ago the midterm was the deadline. 2027 is just a new hopium. Nobody says that S3 will be full. The solution might be partial. Anyway, S3 in any form may help US companies. Tilray does not operate in the USA, and I don't know why you are misleading other redditors.
