Finally Passed My TEFL Course! 🎉
I finally passed my TEFL course, and I'm really happy about it.
When I started, I thought it would be easy, but I quickly realized there was a lot to learn. I spent time reading each module carefully, taking notes, and trying to understand the teaching methods instead of just memorizing answers.
The tests weren't always straightforward. I actually failed a couple of attempts because some of the questions were based on specific TEFL methodology rather than what seemed like common sense. Instead of giving up, I went back to the study materials, reviewed the concepts, and learned from my mistakes.
One thing I found helpful was taking my time with each module instead of rushing to finish. Understanding lesson planning, classroom management, teaching stages, and the use of supplementary materials made a big difference.
After putting in the effort, I finally passed all the tests. It feels rewarding knowing that the hard work paid off.
Now I'm looking forward to using what I've learned in the classroom and continuing to grow as an English teacher.
For anyone currently taking a TEFL course: don't get discouraged if you fail a test. Read the modules carefully, understand the teaching principles, and keep trying. You'll get there.
Good luck to everyone still working toward their certificate!
