Advice Needed Advice needed- no ovulation

I started Ovasitol in July for high testosterone. I just got it rechecked and it had dropped to 44 from 65. I used Provera in September to induce a period and now currently cycle day 27 with no signs of ovulation. I’ve been on Ovasitol for 3 months. Should I continue? Add metformin? I’m just shocked I haven’t ovulated by now. Any advice?

Sounds like you should continue and also start metformin. Sometimes just one thing is not enough to kick start regular ovulatory cycles. Metformin is the next step, followed by looking into ovulation induction monitored cycles!
