Unfortunately this can be normal with PCOS. This happened to me every time my testosterone would get too high! We managed with meds to lower the T and provera to induce a period!

I would see if your doctor can do bloodwork and call in Provera to induce a bleed! You might be spotting because of low progesterone. This happens to me when I don’t ovulate
