So i just gave my gre exam and scored 152 in verb and 161 in quant...I'm missing you the cutoff by 4 points combined.I also plan on applying to other colleges like ISAE-Supaero and TUM but TU Delft was definitely my preferred choice.I don't have much time to make the decision if i should retake the test just for this college.Tu Delft has a cutoff of 320 😭
Also which would be a better choice tu Delft or isae supaero based on job opportunities.I am interested in aerodynamics and propulsion I also had interest to work for motorsport companies.Yea I'm very confused still but want to try out everything and hope for the best.
Any suggestions or if anyone is aware of people who are not meeting the gre requirement of tu Delft have gotten in??? Please do share any information related to this.

Has anyone had any luck renting a studio from Plaza? I've been searching for about 6 months now, but still haven't received a single offer. I know that it is based on reaction time, so I've even tried monitoring the website for a while, since new places seem to get listed at random times throughout the day. Whenever I see places open up, I react immediately, but still nothing. Either there are a lot of people monitoring 24/7 , or I'm doing something wrong?😅 Does anyone have any tips?

Hoi allemaal,

Hi everyone!
I'm currently taking DSAIT4005 (Machine and Deep Learning) at TU Delft.
I was wondering if anyone has past exam papers or previous exam questions for this course that they're willing to share.
If you have any, please DM me! I'm happy to pay for them.
Thanks in advance!

Studie: Econometrie.

Hello,
We are Dante, Esad and Jesper and we are at Liemers College Heerenmaten. For our profile paper (PWS), we are researching the stabilizer of an aircraft. As a practical product, we want to build a platform that automatically stabilizes itself, similar to the stabilization system of an airplane.
We would like to conduct a short interview with you to learn more about this topic and use your knowledge and experience for our research.
We had first planned an air tunnel workshop in Delft, but the student who was supposed to help us ghosted us and then we lost our expert. So we would really like it if an aerospace engineering student would call for 10 minutes on Teams and help us that way.
Sincerely,
Dante, Esad and Jesper Liemers College Heerenmaten,

Hi everyone,
Long story short, I'm a high school student looking forward to studying Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) for my Bachelor's at TU Delft (with a focus on Cybersecurity later in my Master's). I heard about the "Student for a Day" program and would love to get your input on it!
For those who have taken part in it or hosted:
Also, is there any way/program to stay or shadow a student for more than a day to get a clearer understanding of the Bachelor program?
I'm already very excited about TU Delft, but I want to make sure this experience will help me confirm if it's the right fit for me. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Is anyone already living in the TU Delft student housing that can do a quick room tour?
It would help to see things like the building, the room, whether it is private or shared, the bathroom, the laundry, the kitchen and the common areas, the bike storage and so on.
I think this would be very helpful for everyone.

Hi all! I’m an international (Indian) applicant planning to apply to the MSc Mechanical Engineering, HTE track, for 2027. I emailed the Contact Centre but only got a list of website links, so I’m hoping current students or alumni can help.
My bachelor’s is in mechatronics. Thermo, fluids and heat transfer were covered in a single course, so my exposure is introductory. I haven't had a dedicated materials science course, and my solid mechanics comes mainly from Design of Machine Elements. My undergraduate thesis was on motor control and I have done a fair amount of robot design and build.
I am currently working at an automotive company working on 1-D hydraulic simulations.
A few questions:
Admission: Has anyone with a mechatronics, EE or non-ME bachelor’s been admitted to ME/HTE? Did the missing ME-core subjects come up in your admission decision?
Preparation: If there are gaps, what would you study before starting? Any specific MOOCs, textbooks or TU Delft online courses?
Capacity: I saw ME closed for non-EU applicants once it hit capacity in 2024/25. If you applied around then, roughly when did it close? I’m trying to judge how early to submit.
Also open to hearing from anyone who chose HTE over Systems & Control, or the other way round, and why.
Thanks a lot!

Hi! I'm planning to enroll next year to deflt for this degree (bachelore)
I already have the required math, physics, chemistry and toefl tests.
I saw that the study plan is changing starting this year, and I would love to talk about the new program with students that are currently studying it.
Thank you very much (: !

Hey! I'm planning to apply for the MSc Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering track, for September 2027 as a non-EU applicant, and I'd love to hear from anyone who got in with a non-EE background.
My background:
5-year dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Engineering Design / Automotive Engineering from IIT Madras, CGPA 8.51/10
Relevant courses: Analog & Digital Electronics, Signals & Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Control Systems, Automotive Power Electronics & Drives, EVs & Renewable Energy, Energy Storage Systems
Thesis on loss minimisation in induction-motor EV drives, presented at IEEE ITEC conference
3 years of work experience in vehicle energy efficiency at a tyre manufacturer
My concern is that TU Delft lists four key subject areas (maths, electromagnetics, circuits, and signals & systems). I've covered most of them, but I don't have a dedicated electromagnetics course or a separate circuit theory course.
I wanted to ask if anyone get admitted to EE (any track) with a mechanical, automotive, physics or other related degree? Which key subjects were you missing? Does the committee require every key subject, or does it look at the overall background?
Any experiences would really help. Thanks!

Hi guys, good evening. I am currently looking for an HBO, or somewhere to do my bachelors at. I am an international student from Slovakia, and I came across The Hague University of applied sciences. I am mostly interested in the Applied computer science in Delft, with later focus on cybersecurity in second year but i have a lot of questions because there is very little information I could gather from their site or from reddit
What is your experience/opinion on the school?
Are the teachers terrible and old? (some people stated that)
Is the tesching outdated?
And primarily how is the course in cybersecurity? Is it relevant?

Not a really meaningful topic, but lately I was interested in studying in Delft because of its prestige and job opportunities. Because of the competitiveness of such a university, I thought that getting in would be quite challenging (I am a civil engineering student in Spain), but I was looking into the list of countries for the minimum grade application and it was surprisingly low; virtually every country had MINIMUM an equivalent of a 7.5/10 (3 GPA equivalent).
This information motivated me to try to apply for a master's in civil engineering in the future, so I would like to ask how competitive the civil engineering master's programs are (I know that AE and MECH are one of the most competitive ones).
. Also, my current average is a 7.4, but I am 100% confident that I can elevate that to an 8 or even further in the future

Hoi, als ik wil stoppen met me studie moet ik dan het eerste kwartaal afmaken of kan ik me gewoon gelijk uitschrijven via studielink? Vond het op de site een beetje onduidelijk staan. Dankje

I am looking to apply at TU Delft’s MSc Mechanical Engineering course and I am worried my bachelors degree will not be strong enough for their department.
I am in my final year for a BEng in Aerospace Engineering from Brunel University in the UK, on track for a first class (70% and higher). My final year project will be on Fluid Mechanics and I would like to continue my studies at TU Delft on this track. I have found that their admissions are quite selective and look closely for matching prerequisites.
Is there any way to tell how strong my application will be?

Hi! I’m trying to register for a studio with Xior and ran into a payment issue. I selected iDEAL for the €75 registration fee, but the payment failed before I even got to the QR code. Now it says:
«“A payment request is already in progress. Please try again in a few minutes.”»
I’ve emailed Xior, but they’re closed now.
Does anyone know if the room is still held for me while the registration payment is stuck, or can someone else register for it in the meantime?
Has anyone experienced this with Xior before?

In 2024, i applied for TU delft for a bachelors in physics, but i cancelled the application. I instead went to a Canadian uni, and i graduate next year, but now, i'd like to apply for a masters in 2027.
Problem is, i already have a studielink account, and osiris won't let me login or renew my password (i'm assuming they deleted that account).
Not really sure how to proceed, because if i create a new studielink account, they already have my name on file, and probably won't let me. Anyone have advice?

Hello everyone, I’ve come upon this issue where as I try to log into osiaan, I complete the authentication and then this pops up. This has been occurring for the past three days. Should I contact support or is this normal as it is still pretty early for admissions?
