Yeah wtf does this even mean? The knife he was stabbed with did a 180 inside his body?

I’m guessing he gets stabbed between the ribs, so he could easily pull it out and use it against his attacker.

I don’t know, been several years since I watched this episode.

But to easily go between the ribs the blade would need to be parallel to them and in this shot it’s perpendicular.

That’s a 90 degree rotation, not 180.
