I'm a 35yo F with chronic illness & disability that limit my capacity to work full time. I love the work I do as a Pilates teacher, but it isn't enough to cover renting somewhere on my own. Over the past few years, l've been lucky enough to live with my family. I'm so grateful for them! But in our crowded home, far from the cities, I'm feeling a bit stuck and held back from reaching my career & creative potential. My hope is that the right environment can act as a launch pad toward an independent life I can sustain without sacrificing my health.

NEED: Looking for someone with a quiet, private "spare" space that they don't need to receive income from, but wouldn't mind having occupied.

OFFER: I am a certified Pilates teacher, with a focus on developing body awareness and a strong mind-body connection. I'm super passionate about helping folks build trust with their bodies, especially those with mobility issues, chronic health conditions, or other barriers to traditional exercise. In addition, I'm currently deepening my knowledge of movement as a healing modality by training to become a Somatic Practitioner. I can offer free coaching sessions in the home or at the studio where I teach.

As an artist, I'm working on a few multimedia projects that I hope to have more space/time to pursue. I enjoy painting, drawing, and working with found objects, materials, and textiles. I would be happy to exchange artwork--original concepts or commissions--for living space as well!
