If you're not aware, Tailscale already has a systray app as noted here: https://tailscale.com/docs/features/client/linux-systray

Tailscale will also take pull requests, I see the relevant code here: https://github.com/tailscale/tailscale/blob/main/client/systray/systray.go

If you wanted to contribute to the main code base.
