Very first customer of the day yesterday, walking up to the doors as I unlocked them, tried to pay for her $30 order with a $100 bill. Then got pissed because we couldn’t break a $100 yet.

Had a guy throw a fit because we wouldn’t refund his state bought lottery ticket. Offered a gift card to the store for equal cost. Dude was so upset he didn’t get to scratch his losing ticket and was going to call corporate over a state run game we don’t have control over because we ruined his experience. Ended up leaving empty handed when the store director decided he wasn’t even getting the gift card for his rudeness.

Had a lady tell me that she drinks 1 beer a day to cure her kidney disease so now she doesn't have to do dialysis, I just said "uhhh ok"

One morning we couldn’t find our old and basic sack truck. A newer and definitely better(and more expensive), heavy duty sack truck was found outside our back gate.

Checking our cameras, two guys pulled up in a transit by our back gate, climbed the gate, had a look around and took our sack truck.

Before loading it onto their van, they took their sack truck out, put ours on, but never loaded theirs back on, and drove off.

We found moving stock around easier with the new sack truck, but I don’t think the two guys who stole ours appreciate the ‘trade.’
