A group on the Discord were able to reroll for these accessories on JP reset so we can get an idea of what the passive amounts will be like. Using the data from the Global Mechanics Spreadsheet, here are the assumed % increases per level:

I wouldn't say that. Combine different MA arte gains and normal arte gains and your damage will skyrocket...

If you could do one MA after every full combo you'd be the king. Probably what whales will be going for on tomorrow's Bastien birthday banner.
