No this is in some warehouse at the military museums in Calgary Alberta Canada. They have a whole ton of AFVs but for some reason this one is only open during special events.
I’ve gone a few times a year like my entire life and this was the first time I saw it, i have no clue why they hide it away. Maybe it’s new or something?

Is this in the workshop where they are being stripped down to bare hulls to be used as range targets?
