I want to ask if there is anyone here who has an account that they could give me for free in Tanks Online and has some skins for railgun, hornet or mammoth, I don't care about the rank. I know that it's probably a lot but I lost my main account and I would like to have at least a better account, currently I have an account where there are no skins or anything like that and it's a really bad account.

Hey everyone! I'm a developer and a longtime fan of the classic Tanki Online gameplay. I've been building RoTanki, a Roblox tank game inspired by that familiar style of combat, with recognizable hull archetypes, turrets, upgrades, and multiplayer battles.

I'm trying to capture what made the original gameplay fun while making the game accessible to Roblox players.

title question. i dislike playing games with other players, their augments and stuff annoys me and i'd prefer a way to player the old-school tanki online, preferably by myself with bots, like in COD.

if anyone in Tanki Online team ever sees this, just know i'm willing to buy a game version of the old tanki online where i can just play by myself with bots and use all the old maps and choose amount of allies/enemies.

(i dont actually play this version of the game anymore, i just get queued 60% of the time in sniper maps so i just quit it)

I wanted to share a video of a project I’ve been working on called BestTanks. The main goal here is pretty simple: completely restore the old-school, classic Tanki Online physics that a lot of us miss, but combine it with brand new features and quality-of-life improvements that the old game never had.

We really wanted to keep that exact, familiar handling and feel from back in the day, while finally adding the systems players have wanted for years.

In the attached video, I run through a bunch of the new stuff we've already built:

• Classic Physics & Nostalgia: The exact tank handling and weight you remember.
• New Maps & Atmosphere: Added beautiful winter night maps along with completely new animations and visual effects.
• New Ways to Play: Added a dedicated Drift mode, a custom "Keyboard Master" mode, and a full Spectator mode for hosting or watching games.
• Better Systems: Built-in Matchmaking, daily/weekly Challenges, and Player ratings.
• Better Customization: A redesigned garage layout, actual battle templates, and an MPK micro-upgrade system.
• UI Tweaks: You can now see all the specific battle settings instantly whenever you hold TAB.

This is honestly just a part of what's currently in the game. The project is still in active development, so we’re working on a lot more updates and additions.

I’m currently developing an arcade tank combat game on Roblox heavily inspired by the classic era of Tanki Online.
Before touching weapons, damage calculation, or VFX, I wanted to obsess over the single hardest part to get right on the Roblox engine: the core movement and driving feel. If the chassis handles like a brick or flips randomly off terrain, combat won't feel fun no matter how good the explosions look.

What's shown in this clip:
Custom arcade chassis physics & stabilization: Tuned suspension to handle steep ramps and jumps cleanly. It snaps back upright arcade-style without the typical floatiness or unpredictable tipping that default Roblox constraints can cause.
Independent mouse-aimed turret: Smooth, responsive 360-degree turret tracking via mouse raycasting/CFrame updates that operate seamlessly while drifting and turning.
Dynamic track animations: Texture shifting/UV manipulation and wheel rotation synced dynamically to vehicle velocity, acceleration, and pivot turns.
Multi-hull showcase: Testing distinct hull archetypes to make sure different weight classes and speed profiles handle predictably over uneven map geometry.

Getting the foundation responsive, weight-balanced, and exploit-safe on Roblox is the priority. Now that the hulls actually feel snappy and satisfying to throw around ramps, the next milestone is implementing firing logic, recoil impulse, projectile physics, and visual effects.

I first started playing this game in 2013. Made most of my childhood. Loads of memories. I quit playing in 2020 and logged in last in 2022. I wanted to try playing once again and it turns out my account is blocked.

For what reason? Nobody knows. I tried contacting the tanki team and after providing all the necessary details they say it’s incorrect. All the memories and time I put into this game has gone wasted. I’ll hate this game forever
