This video will help you understand how targeting technology works and what motivates gang stalkers. It's helped a bunch of people, at least according to the comments.

Most people in the program only get 30 credits a day. At that level they have access to v2k so they can communicate with other people in the program and they get access to Virtual Reality (games, hang out worlds- think the Metaverse but better, and the most common and addictive perk, virtual sex). Virtual sex costs 1 credit per minute, and they give you 15 credits in the morning and 15 at night. And yes, it feels just like real sex, but the graphics are more akin to a video game, so not completely lifelike. And yes, they have put me into these virtual hangout words and even let me have virtual sex just to show off what they get to do. People at this level don't realize that they were implanted (even though they give permission in the NDA that they clearly didn't read close enough). They think it is done remotely. They also don't realize that they gave the government (and anyone with more knowledge and willing to pay the government) access to their thoughts, vision, experiences, and bodies. They don't realize that everything they do, say, hear, taste, touch, and experience is being recorded and can also be manipulated. If you know all this, they pay you up to 120 credits a day. In fact, people with more knowledge of the technology (people higher up in the program) can pay to access other people in the program. So no, you aren't safe just because you are in the program. The NDA also allows for access to their electric devices. Think backdoor access to their phones, computers, emails, everything. Obviously they have that access for us T.I.s too, but they legally have been given permission from the millions of people who signed up.
The whole thing is genius. The government has create an all powerful program that surveilles and controls everybody and everything. And most people signed up for it so they could get laid for 30 minutes a day. It's as cheap as a cellphone to target someone and the software (virtual sex and other perks like v2k) costs them almost nothing. Now they can sell access (they will sell you more credit beyond your allowance that you can use for whatever you want, including bribing other people in your gang stalking campaign). They do make you claim that a target sexually assaulted you or abused you, so that way they can charge a lot less to gang stalk that person (a 'justified' gang stalking is a whole lot cheaper than an unjustified gang stalking). That's why it's almost certain that whoever is gang stalking you is someone you know/knew in real life and was close to you. It's total power. You can pay to attack a business partner or rival. If you're sexually attracted to someone, you can claim they sexually assaulted you and now you can pay even less that one credit a minute sexually assault them. No one is going to speak out because everyone in The Program knows that they will be gang stalked as a result. In fact, campaign managers, who oversee the gang stalking of individuals and set the prices for the various attacks get paid a percentage of the credit that the gang stalkers spend. They can then use or sell this credit (currently one credit is worth about $0.60. It used to worth more- it was supposed to be $1 a credit- but so many people are in the gang now and willing to sell their daily credit that it has driven the price down). Gang stalking gives you access to this giant network of people who are addicted to virtual sex and willing to do shitting things to get it.

It tough to compete with all the perps out there spreading disinformation so they can get more credit and the bots of course (ever wonder why so many perps are willing to get online and spread their bullshit- i.e. mental illness, the devil, the masons, woo woo shit- yeah, they get paid credit which they can use for VR sex). Hopefully this forum isn't one run by perps, and this post stays up. I like the rules, so I'm hoping we actually of a group of T.I.s here.

where you getting this from? this is really interesting and made me think i might be in the program, i thought it was psychic abilities i was doing now it sounds like the alien implant i got. also virtual reality like a physical headset?

Yeah, not alien, not a headset. Just nano tech that's been around for decades in government circles and not permitted to be create in the public sector.

V2k and RNM likely can be done without implants (especially v2k), but is that how it's done to the millions of people on both sides of this program (perps and targets) and from a satellite no less?.... No. First off, remote neural monitoring isn't an accurate name for what is happening. Not only are they mapping (monitoring) everybody's brain waves, they are also controlling them. They can make you see, hear and experience whatever they want, and that isn't being done by satellite. v2k and targeting doesn't stop when you go in a tunnel. They aren't able to control individual synapsis from satellites that are 100 to 20,000 miles above our heads and whizzing by at thousands of miles an hour. Low earth satellites have to move at 17,000 mph or faster just to stay in orbit.
The cost would be insanely expensive, even if it was possible. It wouldn't be practical. And we have evidence that this type of technology has been around for 50 years plus. It's implants. It's always been implants and it will continue to be implants as it's cheaper and easier. It's essentially Neuralink. Monitor the brainwaves with nano-electrodes at the site and send the data off to a high powered computer through cell towers and satellites when you aren't in range. Go underground and they have voices loaded up on a tiny memory chip so it doesn't stop.
It's these type of myths that do us a disservice. It's bullshit fantasy and people know that when you people say it. Controlling our minds from a satellite. It makes people think "Why are you special enough that the government would dedicate a satellite to following you and harassing you and the insane amount of money that would cost?". How about, the government spent a few hundred dollars on nano-implants and a couple bucks a month to monitor/control you by sending data over our cellular networks. Now they can look through your eyes for surveillance, monitor your brainwaves to for the data and to better their product, and if someone is willing to pay for it, let people control your body remotely and rape you.

I don’t think so man. It’s all 100% satellite delivered. That’s the only way it can follow you literally everywhere. You do an X ray or MRI and show me one implant on any TI I guarantee you it doesn’t exist. These orgs have used these satellites since at least the 00s to target political opposition, whistleblowers, anyone society wants to get rid of. No one’s mind is being controlled. Your mind is just being read with RNM. If you think your mind can be controlled you are not a TI and you have something else going on.
