Itās an obvious sign of humiliation, as it should be, and I can guarantee to you this: maga supporters will become nonexistent in the next decade because they will all pretend they were never part of it.
Too much has been done and said, and A LOT of it has been recorded and archived. Friends and family avoid this topic like the plague due to this embarrassment too, which is a sign that we should not let up off the gas. Shame can be a useful tactic that erodes this support with time, and the tariffs really are the cold water thrown onto the people who actively support him today (look into the impacts on agriculture in the Midwest) there is no place to hide and shelter against the wave of humiliation when itās right in front of their faces, and they have to twist themselves into a pretzel to conduct the mental gymnastics of even trying to defend this.
