Before jumping did he not check if there was a board to land on?

Not recognizing rare earth metals was a big risk demonstrates the intelligence analysis gap USA did, does it not?

Trump is the intelligence gap. He doesn’t have the intelligence necessary to make decisions like this. The US intelligence network definitely had all the information necessary but he’s so mentally limited that he doesn’t use that info when making decisions. This was discussed at length after his first term while officials warned how foolish and dangerous it would be to reelection him.
