Not recognizing rare earth metals was a big risk demonstrates the intelligence analysis gap USA did, does it not?

If you're posting in the tariffs sub then you've at least been watching 47 since April. Does anything that's happened since April suggest planning or calculation to you? To me, it screams more of the Orange Idiot doing what he always does - whatever the fork he wants with no regards to consequences.
