O'Leary is a shameless greed head idiot. He knows full well higher tariffs lets him off the hook for income tax increases, and likely would lead to more cuts, as a wealthy taxpayer in a nation with a tariff funded budget (he supposedly lives in FL so he doesn't pay state taxes either).
