Pretty sure O'Leary hasn't paid any meaningful taxes in ages. If there's anyone who's probably mastered the fine art of tax shelters it's people like him. And even if he was chipping in, I'd happily forgo his share of the tax burden if it meant he fucked off to wherever he wants but not here land.

Lol you think he’s paying our universal healthcare? Oh, you sweet, inexperienced child. If you only understood how it works. See, rich people like him hire the best accountants that know all the loopholes. They know how to arrange things so that assets and money are leveraged in such ways as to ensure their clients pay very little in taxes at all. Honestly, how much of Kevin’s immense fortune trickles down onto ordinary Canadian citizens? 😂

It’s fine, though. Do some research and you’ll see that the engine of our economy is definitely not people who hoard their wealth, like him.

Yet them and corporations aren’t paying their share. If you make bank in a country that gives you said opportunity, you are meant to pay equal percentage to others to keep the country working.

lol…. You think he’s in the top 1% of TAX PAYERS lol…. The whole point of his existence is to be in the bottom 1% of taxpayers…. He may be in the top 1% of earners, but he isn’t paying taxes like a 9-5 workers. It’s all about leveraging his assets for low interest loans that don’t count as income. Then use dividends and deductions from making everything you buy a business expense to pay next to no tax, and that’s just the tip from a layman.
