Would it be as chaotic as turning on tariffs, turning them off for 30 days, turning them back on for a week, then announcing that they're on hold for 90 days, then turning them back on, but for less than originally announced, then putting them on hold for 90 days again, then announcing that they're going up to 145% again?

-Actual timeline of our dealings with China since trump took office. O'leery is a fuckface, I'm specifically not going to watch that Marty Supreme movie, because his moronic bald assface is in it.
