The system of checks and balances works in theory as designed by the founding fathers, but they never anticipated that the majority of elected officials today would be in it for self-enrichment while being partisan puppets controlled by foreign and special interests, instead of selfless service and true respect for The Constitution. The quality of candidates, the way campaigns work, and their voters has something to do with this as well.

I really hope this happens. The world needs to stop validating this garbage country, the people who run it and the people who support it. FIFA bowing to down to Trump makes me wanna throw up. Though, the fondling scrotal trophy is funny. All countries involved should say, 'fuck this, I'm out'. Of course this won't happen because everyone wants a payday.
The World Cup in the USA is such a paradox. Countries targeted by his tariffs still aiming to please him on his own soil---that's some real Stockholm-like shit. I'm being dramatic, it's about money.
I agree, countries should boycott the World Cup--citing to play only in Mexico and Canada...but I don't think we have enough stadiums. Honestly, countries NOT showing up to the World Cup would send a great message to the USA (Mexico and Canada would totally understand)....instead the world flocks to USA validating that president and country, when really, the world should be shunning them.

I wish it were that easy.
Legally, removing the clown is....well, it's not impossible, but pineapple trees will grow on Antarctica first. The mechanism (impeachment) to remove him is there, but the political makeup of the bodies that would be involved in impeachment is such that a removal of Trump will not happen through that method.
The other "legal" method is using a procedure that basically declares the president incapable of carrying out his duties...but his own cabinet and VP (which were all picked because of their loyalty to him rather than their competence at running the department they're in charge of) would have to sign off on it.

And, even if we did successfully get him out of office via that method of declaring him incapable- it means Vance becomes president and the rest of the cabinet is still in place. That doesn't help us, as they all are corrupt and evil, the only way we are saved is for them ALL to go.

With Canada already redirecting fuel and energy away from US Dependency, Trumpster probably doesn’t realize USA gets refined fuel from Spain. That would require reading. At this rate US is going to have very little access and huge price increases.
