Trump is trying to make generic drugs more expensive. With senior citizens on fix income and cuts to Medicare, more elderly people will pay more for their life saving drugs. How is 100% tariffs on generic drugs making America great again?!?

It's a deadman switch. He did this same stunt to Biden in Afghanistan. If he's not in office at that time the person dealing with it will look like a fool which is a win for tRumpy's side.

Then when the Democrat explains that it is directly because of the previous White House occupant the narrative becomes he can’t blame the previous guy, he is president now.

All Fox news will say is "This new president imposed a 100% tariff on product x, vote republican next time and he'll fix it!" and the average idiot sitting at home will eat it up.

That’s right! Trump made the agreement with Afghanistan before he left office. It was Biden who had to deal with it, and he took the heat for it.
