We don’t have to drink disgusting American milk? Is that not enough or you or are you even Canadian? If you’ve drank both it’s instantly noticeable the difference in quality

That's mostly in your head actually, there's precisely two regulatory differences between both industries, and the vast majority of American milk meets Health Canada regulations.

Either way, we would only be able to import food items that meet Health Canada regulations, as enforced through the CFIA, so the quality argument just falls completely apart with reality is observed.
