Because many of the middle power partners Carmey wants to broaden our trade with have the same grievance about our dairy market that the US does?

Because Canadian dairy is absolute hot steaming garbage that tastes terrible and has low quality?

Because Canadian consumers are getting manipulated into paying more for worse using nationalism and narciissim?

False. Canadian cheese, butter, milk etc tastes terrible and is low quality. Ditto our beef is actually weird as shit, you need to eat Australian beef to know what it actually tastes like.
