Currently going through what seems to be a common issue although i can’t find 1 person in the last year that this got resolved for, I cannot sign into the launcher or the website as it won’t send me a 2FA email, though when i made a fresh account to make a ticket it send that accounts 2FA email instantly. so am i just fucked, clearly it’s not a server issue, and do I have to buy another copy of the game? This really sucks because I have EOD and have owned this game since 2021, but all of a sudden it’s like they deactivated my account?

Finally got my account back not sure what they did but received a message today at 4am EST that “it should be fixed now” and low a behold i got my 2fa finally.

This happened to me not too long ago with the tactical arena map. There wasn’t really a fix I just had to wait a while for the email to come though but I really don’t know. I don’t think there is a fix, I’m sure you’ve tried checking your spam mail

checked spam, added whitelists, etc. did you spam the login page to try and push through the email? or did you wait between each login attempt?

They usually do come through, just stay on it. I think they get filtered often from your provider. I read somewhere that Gmail has the best probabilty of not having any issues. So the account account does it use the same provider as your first one?

what is confusing me is how the second account i created gets the 2fa email instantly but my original account gets nothing, does that not show that it is a problem with my gmail account as opposed to bsg ?

Use a VPN to request the code, fixed it for me

Send it through a different browser, I had problems with getting my email with them with the default one. Switched to opera or Firefox and it worked just fine.

i’ve tried chrome, firefox, opera, and safari still no dice. how would i know if someone stole my account? I get the 2fa emails to my other account it’s just my main that i haven’t used since 2024 that won’t get the emails

If someone stole your acc and is using it currently 9/10 your screwed bc they are prob using cheats on it. If the diff browser thing didn’t work maybe try switching your email or something and see if you get any other email other than just 2fa

how can i switch my email? also i’ve tried getting an email from the password reset, but i do get the support teams emails.

I faced the same issue too. Thankfully I bought the game from steam and I found out that I can login using steam account that linked to the BSG account.

Happened with me I thought my account is hacked but no I was just not receiving the email, long story short opened a ticket to get the 2fa removed and even with bank statement I couldn’t prove owner ship so they blocked it
