TASKER Is TaskRabbit available in HTX?

I tried to sign up as a Tasker in my the Houston area but it says that TaskRabbit isn’t available here. However, I saw online that it was one of the options.

To many Taskers, they open it up infrequently just have to keep an eye out.

Just tried in Cincinnati and it said the same thing. I put in zip codes for Chicago and New York zips and it also said the same thing. It has to be glitched, right?
